Kids can find new places filled with new faces overwhelming. Thus, we’ve created this picture gallery. Our hope is that by seeing inside our doors before they come, children will feel more quickly at home when they visit! We also hope that you’ll find our pictures below useful in the following ways:
Introducing your child to faces in the office before their first visit.
Our warm, friendly staff will seem more familiar at your child’s first appointment if they have seen pictures of them first! Furthermore, sometimes faces in our office are covered by masks, which some children find frightening at first.
Creating your own storyboard.
Feel free to download and print our pictures to add with your own for a unique story board. To explain, parents often use a mixture of their own pictures with the ones we’ve provided here to create a visual story of a sequence of events to expect. For example, one parent’s story board includes pictures of the family car and a favorite toy the child can bring. Likewise, another parent’s story board included pictures of the ice cream shop they plan to visit after the dental appointment.
Reviewing before and after visits.
Even if a child has been to our office before, a review can be helpful in reducing any anxiety they may be feeling about their next visit. Likewise, after a visit, some children enjoy telling their parents their memories from each part of the office. Such review gives children a chance to talk about dental visits and ask questions.

Our waiting room has toys and books for you to enjoy if you like…

This room is our hygiene bay where you’ll come to get your teeth sparkled and counted.

We have sunglasses for you to wear if you’d like. They help shade your eyes from our bright lights.

Sometimes, Dr. Laura pulls her mask down to smile and talk.

Likewise, Dr. Rachel pulls her mask down sometimes to talk and show you her smile.
